PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS ONLY:
International Artists Lisbon (IAL) is open to work of a reasonable 'professional' standard that is appropriate for the friendly relaxed but professional group it aims to be. Work submitted 'judged' by the main 3 people on the board who will only look at the work NOT where or if the applicant has already exhibited.
SUBMIT: Usual way: Plz submit images via blog / fb etc or email.
PRICE: 7€ membership yearly ( all this is simply paymement for the overall organisor :)
PRICE FOR EACH EXHIBITION: Max. 5€ to participate in an exhibition ( however many pieces the artist exhibits. ) ALL this money goes to the organisor of that exhibit.
COMMISSION: Many places may take up to 30% commission. IAL does not take any commission.
EXPENSES: Any expenses ( eg food adn drink at an inaugartion night ) should be discussed as soon as possible. Expenses are divided equally between the participants of that exhibition
BEST / WORST PLACES: As much as possible places are divided equally. However in keeping with the attitude of a friendly helpful group whoever gets a particulaly bad / good place will be given 1st / last choice in a subsequent expo.
