Organizing Exhibits

The organisor can refuse certain art work if felt 'not up to standard or inappropriate. If the artist refused is not happy the artist can ask for a second opinion to the panel. The panel will listen to both artist and organisor and surely come to a reasaonable conclussion. It would only intervene in extreme cases ( hopefully never!) but on any desputes the panel would have the final word.

PRICE FOR EACH EXHIBITION: Each artist must pay 5€ to participate in an exhibition ( however many pieces the artist exhibits. ) ALL this money goes to the organisor of that exhibit.

COMMISSION: Many places may take up to 30% commission. Neither the organisor nor IAL takes any commission for anything sold.

EXPENSES: Any expenses ( eg food adn drink at an inauguration night ) should be discussed as soon as possible. Expenses are divided equally between the participants including hte organsor of that exhibition

BEST / WORST PLACES: The organisor has 1st choice but must remember it is a collective and as much as possible places are divided equally. However in keeping with the attitude of a friendly helpful group whoever gets a particulaly bad / good place will be given 1st / last choice in a subsequent expo.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Publicity
Inauguration night
Price tags / handouts
The organisor does not necessarily have to do all of this but must make sure it does get done.
